Their first date was at Balsac, followed by Bucks games, trips, and plenty of exploring new restaurants together. Brandon eventually proposed in Sicily, surrounded by just the two of them and his family, who are originally from the area. Travel has continued to be a big part of their relationship, and they brought that into their Saint Kate wedding with table numbers inspired by some of the places they’ve traveled together, including Sedona and Iceland.

Their ceremony and reception took place in the ballroom at Saint Kate Arts Hotel, with cocktails on the indoor terrace before the room was transformed for the reception. Rather than having a traditional bridal party, they kept the day focused on their closest people, including one of Brandon’s best friends as their officiant. Their personal vows were one of the sweetest parts of the ceremony – funny, genuine, and emotional all at once. A live painter added another creative element to the celebration, capturing the day as it unfolded while the bright summer-inspired flowers brought even more color into the room. Even though the wedding took place in early September, the whole celebration had the feel of a vibrant summer day.
