Classic Fall Wedding Photos at Veterans Terrace

Megan and Chad’s beautiful and classic wedding day in Burlington, Wisconsin, was the best way to end the 2023 season!

The day started at Megan’s parents’ house with all the girls getting their hair and makeup done. Her parents’ dog was the guest appearance and definitely stole the show! After an adorable first look with bridesmaids and her dad, Megan was off to the church to get married!!

St Joseph’s Catholic Church was a beautiful little church to celebrate their union. I loved how much natural light came through the windows, sometimes you don’t get that at churches and this was a special treat! Since Chad and Megan did not share a first look prior to the ceremony, this was the first time they saw each other when she walked down the aisle! It was a sight to behold!

For a wedding at the beginning of November in Wisconsin, you really could have any type of weather condition. Luckily, Megan and Chad’s wedding day was a mild temperature and we still had some fall colors to enjoy for portraits! We found some great spots at a nearby park, then we rode over to Veterans Terrace to enjoy the rest of the evening! During cocktails, I stole Megan and Chad away for a brief time to get some sunset portraits. There is a lake near the venue and there were lots ducks in the lake, which happens to be Megan’s favorite animal!

As I mentioned before, this was my last wedding of the season, and boy, did this group end it with a bang on the dance floor! I was expecting a good time, but this crowd far exceeded my expectations! it was a party as the photos show!
