Conner and Abbie met in July 2020 at Blackstone Creek Golf Club, where Abbie worked as the beverage cart girl and Conner was golfing. Their paths crossed because Conner had returned to Wisconsin from Michigan due to the pandemic. What started as a casual interaction on the course quickly blossomed into a meaningful connection. Despite the distance, they maintained a long-distance relationship between Michigan and Wisconsin for about two years, growing closer with each call and visit. In January 2023, Conner proposed to Abbie on a secluded beach in Santorini, Greece, marking a beautiful culmination of their journey together.

Abbie and Conner’s wedding took place on a warm June day at The Carriage House at Lac La Belle. Although rain threatened their outdoor ceremony, they embraced the charm of the 1896 Room for an intimate indoor celebration. The couple’s beloved dog, Brooks, played a special role as the guest star of the day, bringing joy to the occasion. Surrounded by loved ones, they celebrated their love in a beautifully personal setting, making memories to last a lifetime.
