Elegant Summer Wedding at Veterans Terrace

I love June weddings! Everything looks green & alive and the summer fun has just started! However, sometimes Mother Nature throws a curve ball and gives you a rainy day. They say it’s good luck when it rains on your wedding day, but I think Brooke and Tony had the best luck when they picked a wedding venue that offered so many safe plan-B rain options! Veterans Terrace is one of my top choices for this reason since it offers a covered option for ceremony and wedding photos! So even though it was raining during most of the afternoon and into the ceremony, it hardly affected our day’s plans. What’s even luckier is that right after the ceremony, the weather cleared up, and we were able to take the full wedding party and bride & groom out to explore the rest of the Veterans Terrace property for gorgeous photo ops!

Brooke and Tony met in the modern way, on Hinge. However, there was a glitch in their search radius, and technically, what should’ve been a search within 30 miles apart ended up closer to 90 miles apart! That didn’t stop them from meeting up; they hit it off right away with all-day conversations and having so much in common. They realized that distance wasn’t an issue, and continued to date. Fast forward, they planned a 1-year anniversary trip to Disney World, and it was there, in front of Cinerella’s Castle, that Tony got down on one knee and proposed to Brooke. It was her dream proposal! And the rest is history!

Despite their rainy wedding day, I truly believe that everything was perfect! Elegant, bright, and classy! I am SO happy for them and this new chapter in their lives! Cheers to their happily ever after!
