Fall Wedding Day Photos at The Fields Reserve

The Fields Reserve is one of my favorite barn wedding venues in Wisconsin! It was the perfect fall day for Meghan and Colton’s wedding, with a special furry guest star, but more on that later!

Meghan and Colton are high school sweethearts and even attended prom together! Meghan really didn’t notice Colton until one October night at a mutual friend’s bonfire. They quickly hit things off and became BFFs and BF/GF quickly! Their relationship has seen some high and low times, like surviving a long-distance relationship when Colton was in the Army and stationed in Germany for 4 years! But now they are settled into a home together and recently added a little furry companion, Winnie!!

Their dog, Winnie, means the world to them, so it was only fitting that Winnie visited them at the venue on the wedding day!! It was a quick but meaningful visit for Meghan and Colton! The Fields Reserve is one of the best-secluded barn venues in Wisconsin, right outside Madison. You can do an indoor or outdoor ceremony without disrupting the reception space, which is so nice and rare to find! Meghan and Colton actually decided to use both areas. They used the outdoor ceremony space for their first look and personal vows. They then used the cozy barn for their official ceremony.

I loved watching Meghan and Colton’s family and friends interact with them. You can see the joy every time they got to talk and hold each of their loved ones. It was so special to witness and document! I even got to hug one of my previous 2022 CC Brides, Ally, who stood up in the wedding party!!

Clearly, I could go on and on about how much I loved this day, but I’ll let the photos speak for themselves! Meghan and Colton, I’m sooooo happy for you! Your wedding was absolutely perfect in every way and was a beautiful reflection of your love for each other.
