This modern fairytale wedding day at The Covenant at Murray Mansion was the perfect way to showcase Heather and Kevin’s true love for one another. A wedding is not just the coming together of two lives, but also the blending of two families. They had family travel from near and far to witness this special union, and I can’t wait to share some amazing details from their big day!

Like many of my couples, Heather and Kevin met in college when they were assigned to a group project. At that time, Heather didn’t know anyone in the class, so when everyone formed their groups, Heather was the only student left without one. When her professor noticed this, she placed her in Kevin’s group. Does this professor even realize how fateful this small event impacted their lives!? As they worked together, Kevin won Heather over with his sense of humor. However, Heather didn’t think Kevin took the project seriously because of his humor. So she scored him (slightly) lower on a peer-reviewed survey when the project was finished. To this day, Kevin will jokingly hold this over Heather’s head by saying it was because of her that he got a B in that class instead of an A. Luckily, this didn’t stop Kevin and Heather from becoming friends and eventually becoming more than friends.

Heather and Kevin are big Disney fans. So much so that they incorporated a lot of little magical details into their wedding day. One of my favorite Disney moments (which was heard more than seen) was their grand entrance into the reception to the song “Happily Ever After”. If you went to Disney World over the last few years, you’d know that this was the opening song of the fireworks show at Magic Kingdom! I loved the personalized tables labeled with their favorite songs. And I loved the bubble exit they shared with family members after the ceremony! It was a last-minute decision to add this bubble exit into the day, but those photos were some of my favorites from the day!!!

This wedding was a perfect fusion of cultures, and I absolutely loved watching Heather and Kevin experience their wedding day. The couple was so joyful the entire day, and everyone around them was so happy and supportive. Congrats to you two on your beautiful marriage! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your special day!
