Cortney and Sam’s spring wedding day at The Tinsmith was nothing short of perfect. Their expressive love for each other, their families, and God, was evident throughout the entire day!

This wedding was particularly special for me to film because I’ve known Cortney’s family for years, ever since I photographed her older sister’s Amber’s wedding 7 years ago! Based on what I remembered from Amber’s wedding, I knew that Cortney’s interactions with her parents were going to be tear-jerking! Such a sweet relationship both Cortney and Sam share with their parents and immediate family. You could really feel their close connections with one another.

Cortney and Sam wanted their ceremony to feel grounded in faith, and it was very special for them to have their church pastor marry them. I felt like the Tinsmith’s minimalist ceremony space kept the sermon and exchange of vows intimate and impactful.
